Workouts
This page is in its beginning stages! As I continue to train and implement different exercises into my routine, this page will grow. Also, once I become a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, I expect this page to explode with sample workouts! Stay tuned for new workouts!
Cycling & Spin Workouts:
This is my go to interval workout on a cross-training day! This hour long workout has you go up and down “hills” with increasing and decreasing resistance. There is also a bit of speed work added towards the end. This workout can easily be adapted to your fitness level and time constraints.
Core Workouts:
25-Minute Core Fitness Circuit
This was my core workout routine from late July- late September 2012. It is a good mixture of different exercises that really engage your core. By quickly moving from exercise to exercise, you can really get your heart rate up and burn more calories. You can choose to do as many sets as you wish, but for the full 25-minutes, do three sets with 90 seconds of rest in between.
